How to Measure Your Truck Bed

Measure on the floor, at the very front of your truck bed.

  1. 1 Find the front wall of the bed
  2. 2 Set the tape on the floor, at the front wall
  3. 3 Measure straight across, wall to wall
  4. 4 Read your measurement

On most trucks the wheel wells sit well behind the front wall, so they don’t interrupt the measurement.

If your wheel wells sit at the very front instead, measure between them, still on the floor at the front wall.
